Win small.
Win often.
Get paid.
I trade one high win-rate setup a day: top-down ICT, narrative first, fixed 0.33R target. No break-even, no partials, no 1-minute chart. This is the exact playbook I use to pass evals and pull payouts — and my Discord is already running it.

Everyone chases 3R.
Prop firms love that.
A 3R strategy wins maybe a third of the time — which means long losing streaks, and losing streaks are exactly what trailing drawdowns are built to punish. This model flips it: a small fixed target, a stop at the level that proves you wrong, and only trades where every time frame tells the same story.
Fixed take profit
Set at entry, never moved. The edge is frequency of small wins, not the occasional home run.
Break-even win rate
Below it, the model loses money. Everything in the playbook exists to keep you above it.
Per 100 trades at 94%
That's the target operating range. Here's what happens when the win rate slips:
The win rate is the edge.
One loss costs three wins. So the whole method is about protecting the hit rate: perfect alignment across time frames, structural stops, zero improvising mid-trade. The Playbook also runs 200,000-trial simulations of eval pass rates so you size like a pro, not a gambler.
"The strategy doesn't break when you take a loss. It breaks when you react to one."
| Win rate | Per trade | Per 100 trades | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 96% | +0.277R | +27.7R | Excellent |
| 94% | +0.250R | +25.0R | Target range |
| 90% | +0.197R | +19.7R | Strong |
| 85% | +0.131R | +13.1R | Thinner |
| 80% | +0.064R | +6.4R | Fragile |
| 75.2% | 0.000R | 0.0R | Break-even |
| 70% | −0.069R | −6.9R | Losing |
One chain. Four time frames. Every layer has to agree.
If the 4H, 1H, 15M and 5M aren't telling the same story, there's no trade. Six steps, top down, never out of order.
Build the narrative
Structure, liquidity, FVGs, SMT, wicks. Finish with one sentence: bias, draw, evidence.
Does the story hold?
Verify, don't discover. If the 15M contradicts the higher time frames, the day is off.
Confirm or re-read
Live orders either confirm your read or they don't. Two objective questions tell you which.
The entry
Decisive displacement off a 5M FVG or after a 5M BOS. The 1-minute chart is never opened.
The "I was wrong" level
Structural, never arbitrary — and it has to pass the two-day test before you click.
0.33R. Fixed.
No break-even, no partials, no moving the stop. The rules exist to override the urge.
Receipts, not promises.

The Playbook gives you the rules. Mentorship makes you follow them.
Most traders don't fail because they lack a strategy. They fail on the day they skip a step, move a stop, or take a trade the 15M didn't agree with. For one month, I check your work every day before that happens.
Weekly 1:1 calls
4 × 60 min on screen share. Your charts, your trades, your questions — we fix what's actually costing you.
Daily bias check
Send your Step 1 sentence and markup before the NY open. I confirm it or show you what you missed — before the bell, not after.
Trade reviews
Every trade you take, reviewed within 24h: was the chain really intact, was the stop structural, did you follow the rules.

Questions.
Who is this for?
Traders on ES and NQ futures who want to pass prop firm evaluations and keep funded accounts alive. You should know what an FVG and a break of structure are — the Playbook has a glossary, but if you're brand new, mentorship is the better starting point.
What's the difference between the Playbook and mentorship?
The Playbook is the full model written down — you learn it and run it yourself. Mentorship is me checking your bias, your trades and your sizing every day for a month, so the rules actually stick. The Playbook is included in mentorship.
How much time does it take?
The model takes at most one trade a day around the New York open (9:30 AM ET). Plenty of days end with no trade at all — sitting out is part of the edge.
Which prop firm should I use?
I trade with Lucid Trading. The sizing maths works with any firm that has a trailing drawdown — the Playbook shows how to adjust for your firm's numbers, and in mentorship we pick the firm and account size together.
Will I get the same win rate?
Honestly — probably not at first. The 93–94% figures are my own numbers over a specific period. Your win rate will be whatever your execution produces, and it's usually lower in the first months. That's exactly why the Playbook tells you to size as if you're at 85% until your own data says otherwise.
Is this financial advice?
No. Everything here is education about my personal process. You're responsible for your own trades and for knowing your prop firm's rules.
Small targets. Strict rules. Real payouts.
